Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles9 pieces
- Cooked chicken breast2 cups cups
- Alfredo sauce16 ounces
- Ricotta cheese15 ounces
- Egg1 piece
- Mozzarella cheese2 cups cups
- Parmesan cheese1/2 cup cup

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain noodles, and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, remaining mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix cooked chicken breast, chopped spinach, and half of the Alfredo sauce together.

To assemble, spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles over chicken mixture; spread with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Repeat layers twice.

Top with remaining 3 noodles, and spread the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes to allow cheese to brown. Serve hot.
