Marshmallow Rice Cereal Treats

   In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

   Add marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.

   Remove the saucepan from heat.

   Add rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.

   Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

   Allow the treats to cool before cutting into squares.
