Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of dried dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the dill Greek yogurt sauce. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of dried dill, diced cucumber, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of the dill Greek yogurt sauce on top or on the side.
Garnish with additional dill or cucumber slices if desired.
