Paneer Pav Bhaji Sliders
Ingredients
- pav bhaji bread rolls8 pieces
- paneer200 g
- tomatoes2 medium (approx. 240g)
- onion1 large (approx. 150g)
- pav bhaji masala1 tablespoon (approx. 8g)
- butter1 tablespoon (approx. 14g)
- ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon (approx. 5g)
- green chili1 piece (approx. 5g)
- chopped coriander1 tablespoon (approx. 4g)
- saltto taste as needed

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, green chili, and coriander. Crumble or grate the paneer and set aside.

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Stir in the pav bhaji masala and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

Sprinkle the chopped coriander over the mixture and mix well. Remove from heat.

Slice the pav bhaji bread rolls horizontally, keeping one edge intact to form a slider bun.

Lightly toast the inside of the rolls on a pan with a little butter, if desired.

Spoon the prepared paneer bhaji mixture generously onto the lower half of each roll. Close the sliders with the top half of the rolls.
