Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and
25 cup of sugar.
Cut in
5 cup of unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each part out on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 3x4 inches.
Place a tablespoon of green apple jam in the center of half of the rectangles.
Cover each jam-topped rectangle with another rectangle of dough and press the edges together with a fork to seal.
Place the pop tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the pop tarts to cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cooled, spread
5 cup of frosting over the top of each pop tart.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Emotion sprinkles over the frosting.
Serve and enjoy your Disgust Green Apple Pop Tarts!
