Pour the mild yogurt into the skillet and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Cover the skillet and let it simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove from heat and serve hot.
