Vianna & Cheese Cucumber Boats

Instructions

   Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, gently scoop out the seeds to create a hollow 'boat' in each cucumber half.

   In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vianna sausages, grated cheddar cheese, diced robot pepper, and mayonnaise sweet chili. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

   Season the mixture with Aromat seasoning and stir to combine.

   Spoon the sausage and cheese mixture evenly into the hollowed cucumber boats, pressing gently to fill.

   Arrange the filled cucumber boats on a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with extra grated cheese or a sprinkle of Aromat.
