- green chilies2 pieces
- soy sauce2 tablespoons
- chili sauce1 tablespoon
- tomato ketchup1 tablespoon
- oil2 tablespoons
- black pepper1 teaspoon
- red chili flakes1 teaspoon
- spring onions2 pieces

Instructions
- 1
Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes. Slice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion into thin strips. Chop the spring onions and slice the green chilies.
- 2
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons cornflour, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add a little water to make a smooth, thick batter.
- 3
Coat the paneer cubes in the batter evenly.
- 4
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Shallow fry the coated paneer cubes until golden and crisp on all sides. Remove and set aside on a plate lined with paper towel.
- 5
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add the sliced onions and sauté for 1 minute until slightly translucent.
- 6
Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and green chilies. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- 7
Lower the heat and add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon red chili flakes. Mix well.
- 8
Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and toss everything together so the paneer is well coated with the sauce and vegetables.
- 9
Taste and adjust salt as needed. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring gently.
- 10
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot as an appetizer or with fried rice or noodles.
