In a large bowl, combine 400g ground turkey, 200g ground beef, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp Sechuan chili oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 diced red bell pepper, and 1 chopped green onion. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
