Solar System Chocolate Bars with Uranus Mint

   Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

   Stir in the mint extract (Uranus) into the melted dark chocolate until well combined.

   Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and spread it evenly.

   Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

   Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate mixture in the tray.

   Sprinkle the crushed cookies evenly over the top.

   Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is fully set.
