1Begin by boiling a pot of water. Once boiling, add the soy ramen and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes.
While the ramen is cooking, prepare the miso broth. In a separate pot, combine 2 tablespoons of miso with 2 cups of hot water. Stir until the miso is fully dissolved.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the miso broth and stir well.
Cut the tofu into small cubes and add them to the miso broth. Allow the tofu to warm through for about 2-3 minutes.
Once the ramen is cooked, drain it and add it to the miso broth.
Stir everything together gently and let it simmer for another minute to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the miso ramen soup hot, garnished with any additional toppings you like, such as green onions or sesame seeds.
