5Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork tenderloin to the skillet and sear it on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced apples and sauté for about 2 minutes, until they start to soften.
Place the pork back into the skillet with the apples.
Pour the chicken broth over the pork and apples.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the pork slices with the sautéed apples and pan juices drizzled on top.
