Marshmallow Mushroom Mix

Instructions

   Prepare a double boiler by filling a pot with a few inches of water and placing a heatproof bowl on top. Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

   Add the white chocolate and pink chocolate to the bowl. Stir occasionally until both chocolates are completely melted and smooth.

   Remove the bowl from the heat and let the melted chocolate cool slightly.

   In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffy musha and marshmallows.

   Pour the melted chocolate over the puffy musha and marshmallows. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly coated with chocolate.

   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer.

   Allow the mixture to cool and set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or place it in the refrigerator for faster setting.

   Once set, break the mixture into bite-sized pieces and serve.
