Sausage and Tomato Pie

   Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

   In a large bowl, combine the sausage meat, tomato puree, and mixed herbs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

   Transfer the sausage mixture into a pie dish, spreading it evenly.

   Grate the cheddar cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the sausage mixture.

   Place the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

   Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
