- Tomato & Onion Flavoured Stew Mix1 packet
- beef stock1 cup
- onions2 medium
- vegetable oil2 tablespoons

- soy sauce1 tablespoon

Slice the onions and mince the garlic.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.

Add the stirfry beef to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
