Homemade Farmer Boys House-Made Thousand Island Dressing

   Place the full-fat mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, distilled white vinegar, and granulated sugar in a medium mixing bowl.

   Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth, evenly colored, and the sugar is mostly dissolved.

   Add the finely minced white onion, paprika, and fine salt.

   Stir thoroughly until the onion and seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the dressing.

   Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
