   Place a chocolate wafer cookie on a flat surface.

   Using a small amount of chocolate frosting, attach a candy corn to the center of the cookie.

   Place a mini marshmallow on top of the candy corn, using a dab of frosting to secure it.

   Repeat the process with the remaining cookies, candy corn, and marshmallows.

   Allow the frosting to set for a few minutes before serving.
