Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until soft and translucent. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cooking cream, black pepper, cumin, saffron, and a pinch of salt.

Add the grated Edam cheese, chopped olives, diced khlii, sautéed onion, and chopped parsley & cilantro to the egg mixture. Mix well to combine.
