Cheesy Potato Smile Sandwich

   Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the potato smiles according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.

   While the potato smiles are baking, take the bread slices and lay them out on a clean surface.

   Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

   Once the potato smiles are ready, place 2 potato smiles on the mayonnaise side of 4 bread slices.

   Add a cheese single on top of the potato smiles on each of these slices.

   Drizzle 1 tablespoon of ketchup over the cheese on each slice.

   Top each with another slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, to form a sandwich.

   Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grill each sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

   Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
