1In a large pot, bring the pork broth to a boil.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and chili oil.
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Add the sliced mushrooms and shredded cabbage to the broth and cook for another 5 minutes.
Divide the cooked ramen noodles into four bowls.
Pour the broth and vegetables over the noodles in each bowl.
Slice the boiled eggs in half and place two halves in each bowl.
Garnish with sliced green onions.
