Remove the chicken tenders from the buttermilk, allowing any excess to drip off. Dredge each tender in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Carefully place the coated chicken tenders into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
To assemble the sliders, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each slider bun.
Place a fried chicken tender on top of the mayonnaise.
Add a lettuce leaf and a pickle slice on top of each chicken tender.
Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
