Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Add water gradually and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and set aside.

Peel and dice the 2 medium sweet potatoes. Boil them until tender, then mash them.

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup of chickpeas, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1/2 tsp of red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes. Let the filling cool.

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Cut the circle in half to form two semi-circles.

Take one semi-circle, fold it into a cone shape, and seal the edge with water. Fill the cone with the sweet potato and chickpea mixture. Seal the top edge with water.
