1Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
Add the red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the butter and let it melt into the sauce.
Gently add the paneer cubes and mix to coat them with the sauce.
Pour in the cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
