Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
While the potatoes are roasting, season the sirloin steaks with the remaining salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the steaks and rub it in to coat evenly.
Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the grilled steaks with the roasted potatoes on the side.
