Aloo Gobi Masala
Ingredients

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets and peel and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro.

Heat 2 tablespoons (30ml) of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
