1In a large mixing bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and whisk them until they are well beaten.
Add 1 cup of milk to the eggs and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of the egg and milk mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to set and the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Remove the pancake from the skillet and keep warm. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Once all pancakes are cooked, top them with 1 cup of diced strawberries.
