Cheese and Sausage Bread Bites

   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

   Take the 8 slices of bread and cut off the crusts.

   Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.

   Grate the 170 grams of cheese and set aside.

   Slice the 4 hotdog sausages into small pieces.

   Place a small amount of grated cheese and a few pieces of sausage on each flattened bread slice.

   Roll each bread slice tightly to enclose the filling.

   Place the rolled bread bites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

   Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

    Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
