- chaat masala1/2 tsp
- sweet chutney1/4 cup

Soak the split urad dal in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.

Drain the water and grind the soaked dal into a smooth batter.

Add grated carrot, grated beetroot, finely chopped green chilies, and grated ginger to the batter. Mix well.

Add salt to taste and mix the batter thoroughly.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
