1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil before serving.
