Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the golden ray butter. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add the green seasoning, Maggi all purpose seasoning powder, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and all-purpose flour until smooth. Add the bechamel sauce and mix until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with half of the bechamel-egg mixture and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
Grease a casserole dish. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture at the bottom of the dish.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the spaghetti layer.
Add the remaining spaghetti mixture on top of the beef layer.
Pour the remaining bechamel-egg mixture over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and extra cheese for topping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
