1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, garam masala, chili powder, cumin, and coriander. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
Pour in the tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Stir in the butter until melted and well combined.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve the spicy butter chicken with warm naan breads.
