- maida2 tbsp
- red chillies, sliced2 pieces

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until just al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced red chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the maida (all-purpose flour) to the pan and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.

Gradually pour in the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the salt and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
