Add the cooked and shredded chicken breasts to the pot and let it heat through for about 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add the spinach to the broth and let it wilt for about 1-2 minutes.
To serve, divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Ladle the hot broth and chicken mixture over the noodles.
Top each bowl with halved boiled eggs and sliced green onions.
Drizzle a little sesame oil over each bowl for added flavor.
