Lingo Chocolate Bars with Green Apple Jam

   Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

   Pour the melted chocolate into a mold or a lined baking tray, spreading it evenly.

   Allow the chocolate to cool slightly but not harden completely.

   Spread the green apple jam evenly over the chocolate layer.

   Sprinkle the lingo evenly over the jam layer.

   Place the mold or tray in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is fully set.
