Strawberry and Green Popcorn Mix

   Preheat a large pot over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.

   Add the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping.

   Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.

   In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the green food coloring and honey, stirring until well combined.

   Pour the green butter mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.

   Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then slice them into small pieces.

   Add the sliced strawberries to the popcorn mix and gently toss to combine.
