Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Add salt to taste.

Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
