Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.

Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
