Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients

- plain yogurt1 cup
- tikka masala spice mix1 tbsp
- onion1 chopped
- tomato puree1 can
- heavy cream1/2 cup
- oil2 tbsp

- fresh corianderfor garnish

In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt and tikka masala spice mix. Add the cubed paneer to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until all sides are golden brown. Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining oil and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent and soft.

Pour in the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes until the tomato mixture thickens slightly.
