Ingredients

- parwal (pointed gourd)400 grams

- turmeric powder1 teaspoon

- coriander powder1 teaspoon

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Wash the parwal, peel them partially, and cut them into similar-sized pieces as the potatoes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter.

Add the cubed potatoes and parwal to the pan. Stir well to coat them with the oil and cumin seeds.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and cooked through.
