1Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix together the Dr Pepper, brown sugar, and soy sauce until the sugar is dissolved.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the pork chops on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the Dr Pepper glaze onto the pork chops, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
Remove the pork chops from the grill or skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the pork chops with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
