Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and finely chop the spinach.

Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Grate the paneer and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Add the chopped spinach, green peas, finely chopped tomato, and finely chopped onion to the bowl.

Finely chop the green chillies and add them to the mixture.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and maggie masala to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil (optional, not included in ingredients).
