In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, half of the chopped onion, half of the minced garlic, half of the grated ginger, and one chopped green chili. Mix well and form into small balls.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the turkey balls and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
