1Preparación
- 1
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package (usually 220°C/425°F).
- 2
Spread the frozen fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 3
While the fries are baking, season both sides of the pork chops with the Montreal steak spice.
- 4
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil if desired, then cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- 5
In a small saucepan, heat the brown gravy over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
- 6
Once the fries are ready, transfer them to a large serving platter or individual plates.
- 7
Top the fries with the sliced pork chops, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- 8
Pour the hot brown gravy generously over the fries, pork, and cheese.
