Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches

Preparación

   Take 12 Oreo cookies and carefully twist each one to separate the top and bottom halves.

   Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream, approximately 1/4 cup, onto the cream side of one Oreo half.

   Gently press the other half of the Oreo cookie on top of the ice cream to form a sandwich.

   Repeat the process for the remaining Oreo cookies and ice cream.

   Once all sandwiches are assembled, place them on a tray and freeze for at least 1 hour to firm up.

   Serve the Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches chilled and enjoy!
