Pressure Cooker Honey Oat Bread

Preparación

1. 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.

2. 2

Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the milk mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes frothy.

3. 3

Add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, salt, and melted unsalted butter to the yeast mixture.

4. 4

Mix the ingredients until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5. 5

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

6. 6

Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air and shape it into a loaf.

7. 7

Place the shaped dough into a greased pressure cooker pot.

8. 8

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and set it to the 'Keep Warm' setting. Allow the dough to rise for another 30 minutes.
