Add the chopped tomatoes to the onions and cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
Add the salt and red chili powder to the pan, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
Gently add the boiled eggs to the pan, ensuring they are well coated with the masala.
Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse into the eggs.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
