In a separate bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, and light brown sugar. Mix well.
Add the unsalted butter to the dry mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to rub the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples and caramel in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
