1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small pieces.
Evenly distribute the crumbled bacon and diced avocado into the muffin tin cups.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and avocado, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing the muffins from the tin. Serve warm.
