Bhetki and Crab Masala Wrap
Ingredients
- bhetki fillets400 g
- crab meat200 g
- mutton liver50 g
- curry leaves10 leaves
- char-grilled lemon slice1 slice
- char-grilled onion1 sliced
- tomato cubes100 g
- all masala2 tbsp
- whole wheat wraps4 wraps
- olive oil2 tbsp

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the bhetki fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the mutton liver for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Add the curry leaves, char-grilled onion, and tomato cubes to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the crab meat and all masala, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.

Squeeze the char-grilled lemon slice over the mixture and stir well.
