1Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and then coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Warm the whole wheat tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
To assemble the wraps, place a handful of shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
Add a few slices of grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
Drizzle a spoonful of Greek yogurt over the top.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Spicy Smoked Chicken Wraps!
